Any Tele Skiers out there?

To quote Eric:
"Please repond to this post, it's designed for you to tell us who you are.... Are you a Skier? Rider? Like to hit bumps? What's your level ? (Beginner-Expert?) Favorite Mtn? etc.."

1) HOW I GET DOWN THE MOUNTAIN: Telemark Skier (want to try snowboarding this year, so I might rent 1 day if any beginners want company).

2) BUMPS: I usually don't like bumps if they are not big and made by other telemark skiers. I am getting better but I am really slow right now. You will most likely be waiting on my to connect a few turns. Always up for them though if you don't mind waiting.

3) ABILITY: Intermediate. I do just fine on all runs on the mountain and can keep the speed up. I prefer "off piste" so back bowls and places like "the meadows" in Copper Mountain (nicely spaced trees and plenty of fluff) are where I like to spend my time. See #2 above in regards to bumps. I have climbing skins so I don't mind back country and traverses.

4) PASS TYPE: I have a Colorado Pass. I have had Copper Mountain/Winter Park the last few years and love to ski Copper (tucker mountain) so if anyone is ever heading there let me know.

5) FAVORITE MOUNTAIN: Copper Mountain, Eldora, Keystone, Vail (when it is not crowded). Never been to A-Basin and want to try this year.

6) TRANSPORTATION: I have an old 98 subaru outback with Thule ski racks (boards and skis work). I share this car with my fiance so most likely I will need to catch a ride with others as she needs the car when I am away.

7) HUCKING CLIFFS: I like to do it but consider myself a novice. Most I have dropped is about 10 ft. but I would like to learn more. Learning to land on the balls of my feet when dropping in tele's.

8) EATING: I know lots of people love to head to the lodge and pay out the ass for a hot dog and a beer. I usually bring my lunch in my back pack and bring my JetBoil and pull off in the trees somewhere and eat. If you like to camp and want to cook up some ramen or soup, it is a nice way to go.

I think that's it. Hopefully we get a lot of dumping in the coming weeks. I will have my family out for Thanksgiving and looking for pass deals for my sister's boyfriend and my dad if anyone has any ideas. We will probably ski at Keystone, Beaver Creek or Breck.
