Details:
- My lease is until 27th July, 2009 - you may renew after that if you wish
- My rate: $1173/month
- Rate if you went through leasing office: $1430/month
- I paid $400 in deposits, I'm asking for $200 plus the $40 for your application fee. You will get $300 back at the end of the lease.
- If you choose to continue the lease after July, you will continue at a rate based on the $1173, not the $1430 - that's a huge win!
